There is a possibility that you may face some problems in listening to our Live commentary. Following are the possible reasons why this could be happening:
1. Logging in: Some users may not be able to login during the initial part of the match. This may be due to the sudden rush of users that we experience when the match starts. When this happens you may see a blank page.
Under such circumstances we suggest that you retry after some time has elapsed. This will ease the load off of our servers and will allow everyone to log in successfully.
2. Relogging in: If you have logged out after listening to the commentary and are facing problems logging in again we suggest you do the following:
-Refresh your browser and try logging in again
-If that doesn't work close your browser. Re-open your browser and goto the following URL:
http://mail.rediff.com/radio/radio.htm
and log in using your user id and password:
Please remember your user id is the email address you registered with.
3. Page cannot be displayed: If you have clicked on the Live audio commentary link and encounter this error on your PC then we are probably facing a very high load on our servers.
We recommend that you wait for sometime and try again.
4. Getting disconnected: We try our best to provide our users with crystal clear and continuous Live commentary. But this depends heavily on your service provider and the type of connection that you have to connect to the Internet.
Our users in India may typically experience intermittent disconnection from Live commentary due to quality of connectivity available. Therefore we cannot fully guarantee uninterrupted streaming.
We suggest that if you do experience frequent disconnections to call your service provider or switch to a high-speed connection.
